Returns

We want you to love our products as much as we do so if you're not happy with your choice or need to swap something out you have 15 days from receipt to return them to us.

Items must be completely new, unused, unworn and in packaging for a return or swap. You will be responsible for shipping costs of the item back to us.

To initiate a return please let us know via socials to let us know to look out for the returned item.

Please include your name and order number with the returned items. Once the items have been received back to HQ we will issue a full refund, excluding original postage costs.

Warranty 

If you received a faulty item, please contact us with your name, order number and photos to luckylaces@luckyskates.com.au and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
